Analyze and assess electromagnetic systems and communication protocols
Design and develop tools for signal analysis, automation and electronic defense use cases
Take ownership of measurement, analysis and research tasks depending on your experience level
Collaborate with academic and industry partners and contribute to innovation initiatives
Share knowledge within the team and support continuous technical improvement
Contribute to secure, sovereign and mission-critical systems in a national security context

What you should bring with you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience in signal processing, RF engineering or related technical fields
Knowledge of VHDL and C++ for hardware and embedded systems development
Experience working with SDRs, spectrum analysis and RF measurement setups
Programming skills such as Python for automating technical workflows
Analytical mindset, curiosity and a structured way of working
Excellent English language skills; German is a plus
Swiss citizenship or eligibility for national security clearance
