You can move it
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to support the development, testing, and deployment of safety-critical systems for drones.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes using tools such as Ansible, Docker, NixOS, Jenkins and GitLab.
- Manage and optimize artifactory repositories to ensure efficient storage and distribution of artifacts.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across the development environment, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
What you should bring with you
- Advanced degree in computer science, information technology or comparable education
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, preferably in a safety-critical or regulated industry.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible and optionally NixOS
- Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies such as KVM/QEMU and Docker on Linux.
- Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
- Reliable, proactive and solution-oriented personality with a high level of perseverance and analytical ability.
- Inquisitive team player
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable
