You can move it

  • Design, implement, and refine large language models, focusing on improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Implement and optimize RAG techniques to enhance the depth and breadth of our language models.
  • Oversee the acquisition and curation of high-quality training datasets, ensuring diversity and relevance.
  • Utilize RLHF or other strategies to fine-tune models, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and NLP, and apply innovative techniques to enhance model capabilities and performance.
  • Work on our modular NLP product ensuring it is always on the cutting edge.

What you should bring with you

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in NLP and machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and innovate within the field.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with an emphasis on collaboration and adaptability.

You can stand out with
  • PhD in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • C++/C programming (systems programming).
  • CUDA experience.
  • German, French and/or Italian.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes etc.
  • Experience with a variety of NLP libraries like huggingface, nltk etc.
  • Experience with WebApp development.
  • Experience with scalable applications.
  • Experience with the creation and maintenance of productive environments.
