Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make as significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Armed Forces and other emergency and security organizations can comprehensibly carry out their tasks at all times.

You can move it

Design, implement and operate secure, open-source groupware and collaboration services, including email, file sharing, messaging and document editing
Build and maintain Linux-based infrastructure and containerized applications in an on-premise private cloud
Integrate and manage identity and authentication services such as LDAP and OIDC
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications in Kubernetes environments
Operate supporting services such as databases, storage, monitoring, backup and recovery
Analyze and resolve technical issues across infrastructure, networks and applications
Continuously improve service reliability, security and automation

What you should bring with you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems and open-source infrastructure
Experience with self-hosted email, groupware or collaboration platforms
Good understanding of networking and communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, HTTP and TLS
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of automation, CI/CD and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python or Bash
Familiarity with identity management and directory services such as LDAP, OIDC or SAML is an advantage
Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
Swiss citizenship required
